I was consistantly running around 200F to sometimes 220F. I eventually narrowed it down to a tired fan clutch as it would still appear to work normal. I replaced it with another used one and that improved temps somewhat but my biggest improvement was installing an AMS rad. On a 70F day I will be between 165F and 173F depending on city/highway driving. On even cooler temp days recently, I've seen a steady 158F. I believe this dramatic change was due mostly to the new AMS rad. I believe the AMS rad specs are about the best you can get.
